When ordering your flooring, the range and colour selection will be checked and confirmed via e-mail. Please remember that flooring from the same range and colour can vary if bought from a different roll or batch, so there could be a variation in the colour. Again this is the same when trying to colour match any carpet or flooring, dependant on the age, colour, style and location of the floor covering it may look a different shade based on it's position in the home., wear and general usage. So please double check you are 100% happy with the colour choice before fitting.

When you order your flooring be it via email or in person we take full payment minus the fitting costs.This secures your goods and fitting date. The balance of your invoice would then be payable on completion of the works. 

If for any reason you need to change your booking date please contact the office ASAP and we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate your new date. But please bear in mind you may need to wait some time dependant on the work load at the time. But we will get you booked back in. 

Payments are non refundable as once paid these are used to pay for your goods and materials, so please make sure you check your invoice throughly for colour selection and ranges. If an item is special ordered for you ie; it is not a range we carry or you have requested to have remnants made into rugs etc the full balance would be payable at time of ordering.

In the event we have to cancel your booking for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible, so please ensure we have an up to date contact number for yourselves. We would then prioritise getting you booked back in.

All our fitting is carried out by an in-house team of fitters. Although we do have a small list of external contractors who on occasion work for us or are recommended by us, we do not take responsibility for their standard of workmanship. If one of these outside contractors is brought in (normally it is to carry out a repair to a subfloor or something along those lines) we would inform you prior to works being carried out. Rest assured they are people we have worked with before and we are confident in their ability to complete the work to a high standard. All our fitting work is covered by a standard 12 month guarantee. Most of the floor coverings we sell are covered by additional guarantee's, please make sure you are aware of what these are at time of purchase. ( our sales team will be more than happy to provide this for you) If we are installing flooring that you have purchased yourself ie: not form our store, our standard fitting guarantee of 12 months is applicable. This means our fitting work is covered not the goods you supplied.

As previously explained we take payment at the time of booking. The balance of your invoice  (the fitting costs) is payable upon completion of the works. Please note that non payment of works on completion will result in additional fee's being added to your final invoice at a rate of £10 per day, unless there is a prior agreement in place. If you are having problems settling the balance of your invoice please contact us as soon as possible to see what we can do to help solve the issue.

Equally sometimes there maybe the occasional what we call snag, it could be a carpet needs to be re stretched or a board has come loose. Please contact us ASAP to notify us so we can arrange to come out and correct the issue.
